Primibia is a world shared by everyone who plays it. These rules keep it fair and pleasant. They are part of the Terms of Service, and every player agrees to them by creating an account. Player killing is part of the game where the world allows it and is not against these rules in itself.
1. Names
Character and guild names must not:
- be insulting, racist, sexual, extremist or otherwise offensive, or refer to drugs or crime;
- contain real-world brand names, or the names of real people, unless it is your own name;
- be a sentence, nonsense, or a string of random letters;
- suggest that you belong to the Primibia team (for example "GM", "Gamemaster", "Admin", "Tutor" or "Support").
2. Statements
In chat, in private messages, in names, on the forum and in Journey comments, you must not:
- insult, threaten or harass other players, or call for violence;
- post racist, sexual, extremist or otherwise offensive content;
- spam, flood channels or advertise other games, servers or websites;
- publish other people's personal information;
- falsely claim to be a member of the Primibia team, or ask other players for their login details.
3. Cheating
- Bots and macros. You must play yourself. Programs, scripts or devices that play for you, repeat actions automatically, or let you play while away from the keyboard are forbidden.
- Modified clients and tools. Do not modify the client or use tools that read or change the game's data or traffic.
- Bug abuse. Do not exploit bugs or errors in the game. Report them to us instead, on the forum or at support@primibia.com.
- Hacking and scams. Do not try to get into other players' accounts, and do not trick other players out of their items or gold.
4. Accounts and trading
- Do not share your account, and do not buy, sell or trade accounts or characters.
- Do not trade game items, gold, houses or characters for real money or for anything outside Primibia.
- Do not offer or advertise such trades, and do not take part in them.
5. The Primibia team
- Follow the instructions of the team. Do not harass gamemasters or try to get special treatment.
- Do not pretend to be a team member, in game or anywhere else. The team will never ask for your password.
- Report rule violations with the in-game report function or on the forum, not by taking revenge.
6. Penalties
Depending on what happened and on your history, a rule violation can lead to:
- a warning (notation) on your account;
- a mute, a forced name change or a locked name;
- removal of items, gold or progress gained by breaking the rules;
- a banishment of your account. Each banishment is longer than the last: 7 days, then 15, 30 and 90 days, and after that permanent deletion. Severe violations such as botting, hacking, real-money trading or chargebacks can lead to a permanent banishment straight away.
Penalties apply to the account, including all its characters. If you think a penalty was a mistake, write to us at support@primibia.com and include your account name; do not create a new account to get around a banishment.
